What Drives Titans Fastpitch

At Titans Fastpitch, our mission is to empower young athletes to reach their full potential—on the field and in life. We champion teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for every player.

THE MISSION

Titans Fastpitch softball program was established to help young women in California and in other states master the fundamentals of the game in a supportive and caring environment that is focused on player growth and knowledgeable coaching. Our main goal is to help our players develop a love for the game of softball while understanding the core values of hard-work, teamwork, and self-improvement. Our secondary goal is to help our players be ready to compete at the highest of levels on and off the field and to reach their goals to play in College with helping them get recruited.

CORE VALUES

Hard-work: Titans Fastpitch players will understand that anything is possible with deliberate, hard-work.

Teamwork: Titans Fastpitch players will understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration on, and off, the softball diamond.

Self-Improvement: Titans Fastpitch players will learn the growth mindset and understand the importance of self-improvement.

Achievement: Titans Fastpitch players will have the ability to get recruited by multiple colleges based on their skill set and the colleges needs. There is the possibility players can get recruited within their home state or out of state.  

CORE PRINCIPLES

Fundamentals: Titans Fastpitch is dedicated to the principle of fundamental development. We will instruct our athletes how to master and flawlessly execute the skills that are necessary to play the game of fastpitch softball at the highest of levels.  These skills include throwing, catching, base-running, hitting, team offense, and team defense.

Growth: Titans Fastpitch is dedicated to teaching its players a growth mindset so that each young woman in our program understands that they can improve any skills, in softball or life, with proper coaching and a determined work ethic.

Support: Titans Fastpitch is dedicated to creating a supportive learning environment that allows each player to learn the game of fastpitch softball in a caring environment.  All our coaches will be taught the most up to date coaching methods for the skills and fundamentals of softball.  More importantly, our coaches will be taught how to be supportive to each of their players and how to help their players become more mental resilient while increasing their self-esteem.
